We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email sales@hopperreed.com to request a return.
  2. Ship the Item:
    • Returns must be sent to:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. Receive Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you a store credit for the item’s value.

Special Orders

  • Returns for special ordered products are at store discretion.
  • If approved, special orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at sales@hopperreed.com immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order separately.

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue store credit within 10 business days. If you have not received your credit within 15 business days, please contact us at sales@hopperreed.com.
